Head & Neck Oncology Microvascular & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship Program
The Head & Neck Oncology, Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Henry Ford Warren Hospital was founded in 2018 by Carlos A. Ramirez, MD DDS FACS.
Dr. Ramirez is a graduate of the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program at this same institution. After graduation, Dr. Ramirez completed fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction, at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Upon completion of his fellowship training, Dr. Ramirez returned to the health system to establish of a Center of Excellence Head & Neck Oncology, Microvascular Reconstructive Surgery service line.
The program accepts two trainees per year and is in the process of applying for accreditation through the Commission on Dental Accreditation.

Resident Benefits
Yearly stipend to cover the cost of textbooks, computer every three years, courses, required program conferences and food stipend to use at all our hospitals. We offer a competitive salary.
