Application Process

Thank you for your interest in our Family Medicine Residency Program. We will host virtual interviews this interview season.

Apply

Residents interested in completing their residency training must apply through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). Applications are not considered unless accessible through ERAS. Applications meeting program requirements are reviewed by the program selection committee.

• Medical School Transcript
• COMLEX-USA scores or USMLE scores
• Dean's Letter
• 3 Letters of Recommendation (LOR)
• Personal Statement

Candidates selected for an interview are notified, and interviews are typically held between November and December.

Candidates must take COMLEX Level 1, Level 2 CE & 2 PE prior to graduating from medical school. Please contact medical education for the most up-to-date information regarding VISA sponsorships.

Resident Benefits

Yearly stipend to cover the cost of textbooks, computer, courses, conferences, and a food stipend to use at Henry Ford hospitals. Henry Ford offers a competitive salary.

Auditions are highly recommended for anyone seeking to interview with the program.
