Available Services

Henry Ford Health offers a variety of health screening and education services tailored to meet the needs of worksites, schools, churches, and other community organizations. Some services can be scheduled on short notice within 30 days, while others—such as mammograms, cancer screenings, and presentations—require 4 to 6 weeks’ advance notice for proper planning and coordination.

How to Request Services

Requesting services is easy. Simply complete the request form here, providing details about your organization, event, and audience. For the best experience, we recommend submitting your request at least 6 weeks in advance, though some services may be available sooner based on scheduling.
