"The amazing thing to me is that it happened so quickly. Right after my procedure I was looking through the little protective cups they put on your eyes and there it was - the world. It was out there and I could see it clearly and it was very cool - very exciting. I was uncomfortable in glasses and I was uncomfortable in contacts. They really affect your daily routine.
