Goyal

Nikhil Goyal, M.D. (HFH EM/IM ’06), a Henry Ford emergency medicine physician and director of Medical Education at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, was elected vice chair of the Council of Review Committee Chairs on the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). Dr. Goyal begins serving his one-year term in July. The CRCC makes recommendations to the ACGME to improve education outcomes.

Dr. Goyal was also awarded Top Reviewer for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education’s Journal of Graduate Medical Education. The editors who manage the peer-review process determined that his reviews for 2020 were among the top 10% for Journal of Graduate Medical Education.
