Royalty-based sharing: We have extensive experience in constructing market-appropriate royalty-based agreements that enable downstream participation in developmental success.

Discounted use of product: In cases where our organization has a vested interest in using the technology for patient care, we may opt into competitive pricing to reward our developmental efforts.

Assumption of Developmental Stewardship/Ownership: In cases where a strong alignment is evident, we may assume responsibility for IP management and translational development of a product or service.
