How to Apply

Applicant requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
  • Have current pharmacy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Michigan
  • PGY1 Residents must be able to start the program at the middle of June
  • PGY2 Resident must be able to start the program by second week of July

Application requirements

  • Interested candidates may apply via Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application (PhORCAS).
  • Register for the National Matching Service (NMS).
  • For the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program (NMS program code: 182813) and PGY2 Critical Care Program (NMS program code: 668152), applications must be completed and received by January 2, 2025
  • Interview (on-site or virtual)
