How to Apply
Applicant requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Have current pharmacy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Michigan
- PGY1 Residents must be able to start the program at the middle of June
- PGY2 Resident must be able to start the program by second week of July
Application requirements
- Interested candidates may apply via Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application (PhORCAS).
- Register for the National Matching Service (NMS).
- For the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program (NMS program code: 182813) and PGY2 Critical Care Program (NMS program code: 668152), applications must be completed and received by January 2, 2025
- Interview (on-site or virtual)
