Application & Interview Information

We accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Completed applications are reviewed for interview selection by the Family Medicine Residency Selection Committee and must include the following items:

• ERAS Application
• Medical School Transcript
• COMLEX/USMLE Score Reports (Step 3 is not required)
• Dean’s Letter
• Letters of Recommendation (3 total; 2 should be from Primary Care Physicians)
• Personal Statement

The application deadline for this academic year is November 30th. Our interview dates for the 2023-2024 Recruitment Season are:

• Wednesday, November 8, 2023 (AM & PM Session)
• Wednesday, November 15, 2023 (AM & PM Session)
• Wednesday, December 6, 2023 (AM & PM Session)
• Wednesday, December 13, 2023 (AM & PM Session)

At this time, we will be conducting hybrid interviews consisting of virtual and in-person interviews (subject to change). Since we offer a limited number of interview slots, we encourage applicants to apply early. Applicants invited to interview by the Program Administrator will be able to schedule their own interview with our program utilizing the Thalamus Interview Scheduling Platform.
