FAQs
Do I need all the documents required before sending in my resume?
It is preferred that you sent ALL documentation in ONE PDF document. If you are unable to provide everything in one document, provide as many as you can and include a note in the e-mail indicating how the other documents will be submitted.
Who should I use for my letters of reference?
Please do not use only professors or clinic supervisors for references. At least one reference should be from someone outside of your university (internship supervisor, etc.)
May I send in the letters of reference or should they be sent directly from the reference?
It is preferred that you send in the letters of reference as part of your packet. Otherwise, you may have your references send the reference directly via e-mail.
If I am not able to begin my fellowship in June, am I still eligible to apply?
We occasionally accept fellows who do not graduate until August. Those clinical fellows will complete a shortened fellowship as the end date will be the end of May regardless of the start date.
When should I hear whether or not I am being invited for an interview?
We review resumes and determine who will be invited for an interview by mid March. Our interviews are then typically scheduled for some time in April.
How long will the interview last?
We conduct initial interviews via video. The interview will take approximately 30 minutes. You will meet with at least 2 staff members.
