About Online Payments

Henry Ford Health has made the process of reviewing, understanding and paying your bill easier than ever before. You can see what your insurance has paid (explanation of benefits) and what you’ve been charged (statements), all in one place. You can also pay in full or set up payment arrangements to fit your budget. To pay your bill on Henry Ford My Chart, click here.

If this is your first time paying online, you’ll need a copy of your statement with the guarantor number, found in the upper right hand corner of each page of your statement. After that, you’ll log in with your username and password each time you visit.

If you need help setting up your Henry Ford account or have any billing questions, call us at (800) 999-5829. Billing representatives are available Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You can check your balance, set up a payment plan, and pay your bill – all in one place depending on if your services were performed through the hospital or doctor’s office. You can also pay in full or set up payment arrangements to fit your budget.
