There are many different reasons for back, neck and spine pain. So we offer a range of services to help diagnose and treat your concerns. Many patients improve with medications, physical therapy or non-surgical treatment. Other patients may need a surgical solution to address their condition.

Depending on your treatment plan, you may receive care at one or more of our locations throughout southeast Michigan. Our specialized back and spine programs provide the following benefits:

• A nurse navigator who will answer your questions about services, referrals, tests and more
• Assistance with receiving preapprovals from insurance
• Coordination of appointments with specialists
• Fast access to any diagnostic tests
• Priority access to occupational therapy and physical therapy

For patients who need spine surgery, our team can help coordinate your care at one of our surgical spine locations. Currently, spine surgery programs are located at:

• Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit
• Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital
• Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital
• Henry Ford Jackson Hospital
• Henry Ford Macomb Hospital

For patients who don't require surgery, we offer two clinics (in Clinton Township and Brownstown Township) that provide non-surgical care for your back, neck and spine concerns. Learn more and request an appointment.
