Biographical Statement

Elizabeth Shea is approved as a licensed telemedicine provider in both the states of Michigan and Florida.

As a family nurse practitioner, I have the privilege of caring for patients throughout the lifespan.  I strive to help you and your family build healthy habits so we can prevent health issues; but I can also help you manage problems that may arise.  Over the past several years, I have developed an increased interest helping my patients stay healthy as a whole -not only physically- but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. 

I greatly enjoy serving rural communities such as Grass Lake.  I have also developed a special interest in working with adolescents and LGBTQ+ populations. 

Care Philosophy

I am a great believer in the saying “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”  I work with my patients to ensure that we are keeping you well through healthy nutrition and exercise habits, evidence-based prevention methods, and early detection of serious issues through appropriate screenings.  I am also honored to build compassionate relationships with my patients, and enjoy the continuity of care that we are able to provide in the Grass Lake clinic
