Biographical Statement

I was born and raised in Chicago and attended St. Olaf College where I received my bachelor's degree in nursing before moving to Michigan to pursue a graduate degree as a pediatric nurse practitioner at the University of Michigan. While attending graduate school, I worked as a staff nurse on the Pediatric Burn/Surgery Unit at Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit. I began working at Henry Ford Allegiance Pediatrics in 2018 and have enjoyed caring for patients and families in the Jackson community. In my spare time I love cooking, traveling, exploring new nature trails, and attending sporting events.   

Care Philosophy

My goal is to support and to guide patients and their families through the many stages of infancy, childhood, and adolescence by using an evidence-based care approach to promote best health outcomes. I strive to make connections with patients and families, to create a comfortable exam room environment, and to carefully listen to and address questions and concerns at each visit.
