Dr. Jennings attended medical school at Colombia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. He completed his post-graduate training at Boston University Residency Program in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Michigan Health Sciences. Currently, he is a senior staff physician under the division of Pulmonary and Critical Care at Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Jennings clinical interests include: COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease, and Critical Care Medicine

Dr. Jennings has presented on a variety of Pulmonary and Critical Care topics. He has received various awards such as the University Award for Excellence in Research from Boston University, and the Michigan Thoracic Society ALA prize fellows scientific presentation two years in a row. Dr. Jennings is currently a member of the American Medical Association, the American Thoracic Society, Michigan Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine.
