To do that, we made some bold moves to improve the way we operate, increase efficiency and convenience, and provide even greater value to our patients. This approach enables us to invest in newer, larger, state-of-the-art facilities and increase access to services like urgent care, home care and virtual health.

As a result, all services at Henry Ford Medical Center - Milford moved, in December of 2022, to one or more nearby locations to better serve you and your family’s comprehensive medical needs.

We want you to know that:

• We greatly appreciate your trust in allowing us to provide your care over the years. Taking care of you and your loved ones is our honor, and your continuing health and well-being is our top priority.
• Our commitment to providing the best medical care to you and your family is unwavering and remains our number one priority.
• Your care will not change. You will continue your care with your doctor at a new location, or you may switch to another Henry Ford provider or location that is more convenient for you.
• Lab, imaging and pharmacy services remain readily available at several nearby Henry Ford locations.
• With our MyChart electronic medical record system, your information will follow you seamlessly to your provider’s new location or any Henry Ford site you select for care.
• We are here to support you and make this transition as smooth and easy as possible.
