Timothy Ryan, JD/MBA, FACHE
System Vice President-Physician Development
Timothy Ryan was appointed System Vice President of Physician Development in 2014 and helps lead the system’s efforts to align with physicians. He works closely with executive leadership as well as leaders across all aspects of the enterprise, including at the hospitals, service lines, Henry Ford Medical Group (HFMG) and Henry Ford Physician Network (HFPN).
Ryan began his career in healthcare as general counsel and now has more than 30 years of leadership experience. Past roles include CEO of Detroit-Macomb Hospital Corporation, senior executive at St. John’s Health and DMC, and president of St. John and DMC medical groups. Additionally, he maintained a private healthcare legal/consulting practice for several years where he represented a wide array of healthcare entities/physicians.
Recognized as an expert in physician-health system alignment strategies, Ryan has received The American College of Healthcare Executive’s (ACHE) Regent Award. He has been named to Detroit Crain’s list of “40 Under 40,” has been recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer and is a fellow in ACHE. He has served his local community as a trustee of the Metro Detroit Youth Club for more than ten years. He received his Bachelor of Arts in economics with honors from Kalamazoo College and his MBA/JD with honors from the University of Michigan.
Theresa Vigiano
Director of Physician Development-Macomb
Theresa Vigiano serves as Director of Physician Development in the northeast region (Macomb). She is responsible for ongoing medical staff development, physician alignment and group practice development initiatives. Vigiano has more than 27 years of experience in practice administration, physician/practice support and marketing.
Before joining Henry Ford Health, Vigiano managed the marketing and rebranding of Ascension Medical Group physicians and practices throughout Michigan. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in management (with a focus in marketing) from Walsh College.
Tina Viazanko
Physician Development Liaison-Macomb
Tina serves as Physical Development Liaison. Prior to joining Henry Ford Health, Viazanko worked as a physician relations manager for Ascension’s southeast market. She has 32 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In her current role, Viazanko creates meaningful relationships with physicians at every level to enhance the success of the hospital-physician relationship. She also focuses on maintaining physician retention and improving physician engagement. Viazanko collaborates with private physicians and their office staff by responding to their needs and promoting physicians and hospital services. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Walsh College.
Lisa Ciesielski
Administrative Secretary
Lisa Ciesielski works in conjunction with her team to ensure the needs of the physicians are addressed. She has worked at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in her current administrative role for four years but has worked for Henry Ford Health for 19 years in various other positions.
Mary Ann Bartlett
Director of Physician Development-West Bloomfield
Mary Ann Bartlett serves as Director of Physician Development at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. She has more than 15 years of experience in physician development. Bartlett is responsible for growth and outreach initiatives to support the West Bloomfield team. The team promotes all product service lines—including neuroscience, cardiology, orthopedics and primary care—and represents all additional specialties within Henry Ford Health. Bartlett previously managed the medical staff office and care experience team, making her knowledge base well rounded.
Bartlett holds a bachelor’s degree from Madonna University in human resources management and is currently obtaining her master’s degree.
Tracey McKinney
Physician Liaison-West Bloomfield
Tracey McKinney has more than five years of experience in physician development. As a physician liaison, she supports all growth and outreach initiatives for Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital and surrounding medical centers. In addition to outreach promotion, McKinney is instrumental in cultivating relationships with community physician partners.
McKinney holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in health administration from Eastern Michigan University.
Michelle Hotea
Director of Physician Development-Wyandotte
Michelle Hotea serves as Director of Physician Development for the south region (Downriver). She is responsible for physician growth and outreach at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital and Henry Ford Health Center – Brownstown. Before serving as Director of Physician Development, Hotea served as the Senior Development Officer in the philanthropy department at Henry Ford Health.
Hotea has more than 27 years in the medical/health industry. Some of her previous roles include exercise physiologist, pharmaceutical sales representative and medical device sales representative. Hotea graduated with a Bachelor of Science in sports medicine from Eastern Michigan University.
