Jake Grossman, MSN, RN, NPD-BC

Director, Nursing Professional Development & Education

Jake Grossman joined the Henry Ford Hospital (HFH) team in December of 2017 as a Nurse Education Specialist and took on the Director of Clinical Education Role in August of 2022. Before coming to HFH, Jake held several leadership roles including serving as a Unit Educator for a critical care float pool, the Nurse Manager of a Neuroscience ICU, and a hospital Manager of Education.

After various clinical roles throughout telemetry and critical care areas as a direct care nurse, in 2011, Jake began specializing in education. In 2015, he became certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Nursing Professional Development.

Jake is known for his creativity, humor, and a passion for education solutions that are effective and meaningful to the working nurse. Jake has received two consecutive DAISY Nurse Leader nominations while serving in his current role.

Jake graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2004. He earned a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Pennsylvania in 2007.
