Geoff Patterson brings over 30 years of healthcare experience, in clinical, technical, and administrative areas. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer of the Henry Ford Health Care Delivery Network. In his current role, he is responsible for information technology strategy, optimization, and delivery across all of the health system inpatient and ambulatory locations.
Mr. Patterson joined Henry Ford Health in 2007 from Trinity Health where he served in various roles transforming clinical and operational systems. Previous positions include direct care delivery as a Respiratory Therapist, both in the inpatient and home care divisions for the Ascension St. John Health System.
Mr. Patterson received a BBA and MSBIT from Walsh College and has been a member of the College of Health Information Management Executives since 2008, serving on its membership and certification committees, and the Project Management Institute since 2006.
Wynn Hazen
Transition Advisor, Jackson Health Network
Mr. Hazen currently serves as Transition Advisor for Jackson Health Network (JHN), a clinically integrated network in Jackson, Michigan. The Network is a collaboration of healthcare providers, physicians, and hospitals that recognize the need to transform both the delivery of healthcare as well as the financing of healthcare. We use the IHI Triple Aim concept, improving health outcomes, patient’s experience of care and impacting the cost of care, as our driving principle.
Mr. Hazen also serves as an advisor to Community Health Technology Network (CHTN), a community-wide electronic health record system affiliated with Henry Ford Health.
Mr. Hazen has worked in health care management since 1990. His principal recent focus has been providing short-term project assistance in executive management, financial, and operational areas of leading health care entities. His work spans both for-profit and not-for-profit environments and his experience includes work at both start-up and turn around businesses. Since 2008, Wynn has served as a member of executive health plan management teams.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Hazen held long-term positions in the finance and operations departments at General Electric and Healthsource. He has also been a member of the adjunct SPEA faculty at Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis teaching coursework in Health Care Finance and Budgeting.
Wynn received a BS in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and his MBA from St. Francis College.
