Relax and Renew Wellness Workshop
Join Yogapark instructor Bharti Shah to learn simple and effective daily rituals to improve your health and well-being. This workshop will cover topics including understanding koshas (the connection between body, emotions, and mind), breathwork, deep relaxation, and morning and evening rituals to enhance wellness.
Bharti is an alumnus of the Yoga Institute in Mumbai and the Yoga Psychology Foundation. She has been helping individuals in the Detroit metro area for the last 23 years through instruction and yoga counseling. She currently teaches at Assarian Healing Arts Center as well as the Behavioral Health units.
Attendees should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a notepad, a pen, and an eye mask or scarf. The workshop will provide massage oil, a tongue cleaner, and Indian herbal tea.
