Looking for the perfect appetizer to kick off your Fourth of July celebrations? Opt for these healthy skewers for a fun, bite-sized snack. Paired together, you’re sure to impress all your guests, regardless of their dietary needs.

Our vegan caprese salad skewers recipe offers a unique take on traditional mozzarella caprese skewers by substituting mozzarella with gnocchi and avocado. Quick and easy to make, they serve as a balanced and healthy appetizer. Not to mention, they’re colorful and fresh!

Like a bite-sized turkey burger without the bun, these low-fat turkey burger bites offer 5 grams of protein per serving. Add a cherry tomato, lettuce and American cheese to make it comfort food, but without the extra calories.

The best part? These skewers are so easy to make that you can spend time doing what matters most – enjoying the holiday with friends and family.
