Whether you are settling down for a movie night at home or planning to cheer on your favorite sports team with friends, having a good snack to reach for is a must. However, many of the store-bought snacks are not nutritious or beneficial for your health. Chips, snack mixes and crackers are often high in calories and sodium.

Fortunately, making your own snacks from scratch doesn’t have to be complicated! This honey mustard snack mix combines all of your favorite bites – heart-healthy wheat and corn cereals, popcorn and cheese crackers. Combine with almonds and drizzle with a honey mustard marinade before baking on low in an oven. Let cool before serving or packing up to take to your next social event.
