Stephen Hathaway is a certified public accountant who previously served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Henry Ford Macomb Hospital and chief financial officer and vice president of business operations for Henry Ford Hospital.

Hathaway is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He also serves on the Parks and Recreation Commission for Grosse Pointe Park.
