Employee and Physician Giving

Henry Ford Health employees fuel a workplace that doesn’t just function, it thrives. We are proud that our employees not only strive to serve our mission, but they are committed to supporting each other, our community, our patients and volunteers through a nationally recognized employee and physician giving campaign. For the 2022 campaign, over 7,000 team members made gifts totaling more than $4 million to fight disease, support our communities, and care for our neighbors and colleagues.

Employees and physicians can deepen their unwavering commitment to Henry Ford Health with a gift to our Employee & Physician Giving campaign.

• Giving is personal and this campaign allows you to direct your gift to a fund or funds that are meaningful to you.
• Contributions are tax-deductible.
• Being part of a nationally-recognized Employee & Physician Giving campaign.
• Ability to join thousands of your colleagues to make a difference in the lives of others.

Online pledge form

Make your pledge online using HR Self Service. An employee login is needed to access this site. From there click on the Employee Giving icon to make your pledge through a payroll deduction.

By credit card

Make a one-time or recurring gift using a credit card.

Print out a pledge form

Make your pledge by downloading the pledge form and filling it out. Once completed please mail it to the following address, or scan and email it to employeegiving@hfhs.org.
