If you often leave a healthcare appointment for yourself or a loved one feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or confused, then this session is for you!

Learn how to prepare for healthcare appointments so you can leave feeling confident in your next steps. You will learn new skills to talk to the doctor about any health problem, medicines, or just a routine annual exam. You can use these skills for yourself or a loved one's doctor appointment.

This is open to anyone not just Henry Ford patients.
