GLAC Sports Physicals

Sports physicals will be provided by Rochester Academic Family Medicine staff. Cost is $20 per person.

Students attending Clarkston, Lake Orion or Oxford schools are welcome.

Sports Physicals will be done by appointment at the Great Lakes Athletic Club (3800 S. Baldwin Rd., Lake Orion, MI 48359).
