Birthing Basics 2-Day - Genesys

This is a series of 2 classes held on consecutive weeks taught by one of our nurses. The expectant parent and partner are invited to attend these sessions to prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum.

Each family will receive an Injoy Understanding Birth Book and Web App.

Topics include:

• Stages of labor and delivery
• Relaxation
• Breathing techniques
• Labor Coping skills
• Medical interventions
• Newborns
• Postpartum Care

Class notes:

• Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for in-person class.
• Feel free to bring some snacks and drinks to the class.

Park in Main parking lot. Enter through the Main Entrance. Take the Maple elevators to the Ground Floor. Follow signs to the Auditorium to the left.
