FASTRAC stands for Flexibility, Acceleration and Strength Training for Athletic Competition. Programs include Core & Plyometrics, Speed & Agility, Jump Training, the Female ACL Injury Prevention Program and the Over-Head Athlete. This program is geared toward all athletes and strives to increase power, strength, speed, agility and flexibility. We will work with the athlete to identify functional weaknesses and correct these imbalances. The Henry Ford Sports Concussion Clinic takes a proactive and sophisticated approach to concussions. Our Concussion experts helped develop and use ImPACT as a tool to help determine when it is safe for someone to return to activity following a concussion.
