Dr. Mann answered all my questions and was a good listener. I feel there should be a better way to remind patients about tests. Some kind of way patients should be reminded about getting tests that are required at specific time intervals similar to what is done with mammograms. I am reminded to schedule it every year to get my mammogram done. Somehow other types of tests can "fall through the cracks". If the physician misses it tests may be done later than they're supposed too. This delay may result in bad patient outcomes. Maybe annual tests could be entered in the computer by the physician so they will alert the patient to get them done.

Dr Mann is always knowledgeable and thorough when I meet with her. The only thing that prevents me from rating her a 10 is online communications - when I ask a question thru mychart, it takes a long time (up to a week sometimes) to get a response, and then only a word or two in response.

Very much in touch with specialist attending me and communicating well with them on care plans. Asks very specific questions on how I am feeling. Physical done well. Answers and makes helpful advise regarding physical concerns I have brought up. Listens attentively and does not blow off concerns I have as other doctors had done.
